Why sit the TOEIC Test locally?

We are often asked why English Language students from overseas sit the TOEIC Test locally rather than in their home country after they return.

The answer is in three parts.

  1. 1.Students are tested at their best. A delay in testing is usually accompanied by a decline in current proficiency.

  2. 2.Testing in a familiar learning setting often means a candidate is more able to perform well, free of “test room anxiety”.

  3. 3.The TOEIC assessment can be used regularly throughout training, so that students and teachers can diagnose progress and problems and take remedial action as learning progresses.

Take Tests Monthly

Because there are many parallel forms of the TOEIC test, it can be undertaken monthly with no “practice” effect gained from previous testing.
Monitor your progress by objectively measuring your learning.
