Exam Preparation Tips for Students
We all get nervous when we are going to be tested, whether it is a driving test, university exam, or the TOEIC test. We have supplied a few little tips that you can try to help reduce your nerves when preparing for the TOEIC test.
1.Read the TOEIC Listening & Reading Examinee Handbook
2.Drink plenty of water
3.Eat healthy meals
4.Take regular breaks from study eg. 5-10 minutes for every hour of study
5.Do some stretches in your break
6.Don’t try to overdo it
7.Try to get some sleep
8.Take a walk after several hours of study
9.Think positive and believe in yourself
10.Take the Sample Test
11.And finally – Just Do Your Best
There is no Pass or Fail in the TOEIC test. TOEIC is used to assess your ability with English Language Competency – so when you receive your results it provides you with a baseline on which to try and improve.
