TOEIC Policies & Procedures

Two of our most important policies are:

  1. 28 Day Waiting Policy - 28 days must elapse between TOEIC tests whenever the same test form is used.  Accordingly we require candidates to provide details of any previous TOEIC testing if within 28 days, to ensure a different form will be used.  This should never occur if the Candidate sat the previous test at the same venue.

  2. No Note Taking Policy - Candidates are not to write in the TOEIC Test booklets at all. They are to colour in their answers on their answer sheet only. Note taking includes: underlining, highlighting, circling and writing etc.

If a candidate fails to comply with the test administration regulations or the test administrator/supervisor's directions the ETS Representative reserves the right to take all action - including but not limited to, barring the student from future testing and/or cancelling their scores.

If a students scores are cancelled, they will not be reported, and fees will not be refunded.
